Mr. Jim Austin Jr. started what is now known as Austin Electrical Enclosures on March 6th, 1964 from meager beginnings in Greensboro, NC. In 1970 the plant expanded to include our manufacturing facility in Yadkinville, NC, where we now call home. Mr. Austin retired and passed the torch to his five children in 1993. After many years of hard-work, dedication, and devotion the Austin family has built a company that consists of a nation-wide customer base and 26 reps spanning across the US.
